b7018f8423 refactor(scripts): 将启动和构建脚本移动到scripts目录 
将start.sh、start.bat和build-and-publish.bat移动到scripts目录下
重构build-and-publish.bat脚本，增加错误处理和详细日志

d9a089be3f refactor: 简化启动脚本并移除硬编码端口配置 
移除start.bat中复杂的端口回退逻辑，改为直接调用npm脚本
同时从package.json中移除硬编码的端口配置
